Zomari Luxe Cleaning (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides residential and commercial cleaning in Calgary and surrounding areas. This Privacy Notice explains our handling of personal information in line with applicable Canadian privacy laws (including PIPEDA and Alberta’s PIPA).

• Contact details: name, email, phone number.
• Booking details: service type, address/area, preferred dates/times, notes you share (e.g., pets, access instructions).
• Communications: emails or messages you send to us.
• Technical: basic analytics (pages viewed, device/browser, approximate location) via cookies or similar technologies. We do not try to identify you from analytics alone.

• Process booking requests, confirm dates, and coordinate service delivery.
• Send service-related updates, reminders, and responses to inquiries.
• Improve our website and services (usage trends, performance, accessibility).
• Protect our staff, customers, and property; comply with legal obligations.

Currently we do not accept online payments on our website. After you submit a booking request, our team will contact you to confirm details and provide payment instructions (e.g., bank / e-transfer). Please do not send payment until we confirm your booking.

Roadmap: a secure online checkout (e.g., Stripe) is planned. When launched, payment details will be processed by the payment provider; we will not store full card numbers on our systems.

We process personal information with your consent and/or where reasonably required to provide the services you request, to fulfill legal requirements, and for our legitimate business interests (e.g., safety, fraud prevention).

Our site may use essential cookies for functionality and optional analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect site performance.

• Service providers that help us operate the website, scheduling, support, email delivery, or analytics (bound by confidentiality obligations).

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
