Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before booking or using any of our services. By using our website or scheduling a cleaning, you agree to these terms.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you (“Client”, “you”) and Zomari Luxe Cleaning (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). They explain how our residential and commercial cleaning services operate and outline your responsibilities when booking with us.

2. Services Provided

We offer one-time and recurring cleaning services including: Residential, Deep Cleaning (Zomari Luxe Reset), Move-In/Out, Pet-Friendly, Airbnb Turnover, and Post-Renovation cleaning. Service scope and pricing may vary based on your home or property conditions.

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • Submitting a booking request creates an inquiry—not a confirmed booking.
  • A booking is confirmed only after our team reviews your request and sends written confirmation.
  • Arrival times represent a time window and may adjust due to traffic or scheduling factors.

4. Payments

Current process: We do not currently collect payments online. After you book, our team will confirm the details and send secure payment instructions (e.g., bank transfer or e-transfer). Please do not send payment until we confirm your booking.

Upcoming: A secure online checkout (Stripe) is in development. Once launched, payments will be handled by our third-party payment processor. Zomari Luxe Cleaning will not store card details.

5. Pricing & Estimates

  • Prices on our website are estimates and may change after reviewing the property size, condition, and requested add-ons.
  • Final prices are always confirmed before cleaning begins. Taxes and applicable fees will be disclosed at that time.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.
  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a minimum fee to cover lost time and resources.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if conditions are unsafe or access is unavailable.

7. Access & Safety

  • Please provide accurate access instructions (keys, codes, or concierge details).
  • Ensure basic utilities (electricity, lighting, water, and ventilation) are available during service.
  • Our team may decline unsafe or hazardous work environments.

8. Supplies & Equipment

  • We provide professional-grade cleaning tools and supplies unless otherwise requested.
  • Eco-friendly and fragrance-free products are available upon request.
  • Specialty chemicals or hazardous waste removal are excluded unless specifically arranged.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If something was missed, notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will re-clean the affected area promptly at no additional cost. This guarantee excludes new dirt, pre-existing damage, or tasks not included in your service plan.

10. Liability & Damage

We take care while working in your home. If accidental damage occurs, contact us within 24 hours. Depending on the situation, we may repair, replace, or offer reasonable compensation. Pre-existing wear or instability is not covered.

11. Exclusions & Limitations

  • Mold remediation, pest removal, and structural repairs are not part of standard cleaning.
  • We do not perform outdoor window cleaning above safe reach or move heavy furniture without a safe plan.

12. Photos & Reviews

With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos for quality control or marketing purposes. No personal information or identifiable items will be shown. You can withdraw consent at any time.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect minimal information necessary to process bookings and communicate with you. Please review our Privacy Notice for full details on data handling and retention.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.

15. Updates

We may modify these Terms as our services evolve. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
